A record-shattering 43 people participated in the Bicycle Boys' annual celebration of the 4th of July in Crested Butte!  The biking and hiking was excellent, as was the camaraderie, accommodations, and weather.  The locals were so impressed by us that they put on not one, but two fireworks displays for our entertainment.  Perhaps next year the club should participate in the local Independence Day parade.  Several dozen mountain bikers in sparkling spandex and feather boas should be a sight to behold!
