Transfer Trail
Get ready for a wild ride on the edge of the canyon--no fearful drops but plenty of dramatic views. Transfer Trail is a good climbing route easily assessible from downtown Glenwood that has several parts and possibilities--the lower gravel road makes for a quick, hard workout; the upper loop provides more strenuous fun and takes you up out of the valley and onto the rim of the Flat tops. From there you can continue on the strenuous, 2,000' climb up to Windy Point above No Name Canyon.
