Midland Trail
The 15-mile Midland Trail runs from the town to Buena Vista to the top of Trout Creek Pass. Once an old railroad, the trail is mainly a smooth, gently graded dirt road with only short stretches of rocky, technical singletrack. While mostly easy, the Midland trail does provide some great scenic overlooks to the magestic Collegiate Peaks.
Start at the footbridge across the Arkansas River at the end of E. Main Street in Buena Vista.
